1. How do you accept payments?
You can pay for all your orders with PayPal or a major credit card. All payments are handled safely.
2. Do you ship for free?
Yes! We ship all orders for free.
3. How long does it take for shipping?
Within one to three business days, orders are processed. Depending on where you live, standard shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
4. Is it possible to track my order?
Of course! We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep an eye on it.
5. What is your policy on returns?
You can return items within 90 days. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received, not used, and in their original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
6. How long does it take to get your money back?
We will process your refund within seven business days of getting and checking your returned items. Your original payment method will get the refund.
7. Is it possible to trade something?
Yes! You can get help with exchanging an item for a different size or product by emailing us at contact@coreevia.shop.
8. Do you send things to other countries?
Right now, we mostly ship to places in the United States. You might be able to ship internationally, and if you can, it will be shown at checkout.
